Welfare Quality Certification

Incarlopsa Group has an internal verification protocol on animal welfare, which is audited annually on welfare quality by an accredited external firm.

The goal of this protocol is to describe the stages and establish requirements for the welfare of the pork livestock arriving in the group’s facilities to be slaughtered.

Our farms

Our farms implement automated feeding and ventilation processes, so our pigs are raised with the optimum animal welfare.

Every animal is identified and undergoes strict veterinary supervision. Balanced feeding ensures they receive all the nutrients needed for each stage of growth.

The pigs on our farms are raised under the veterinarian team’s strict control, following each pig’s evolution until it reaches its optimum weight. After careful selection, they are prepared for delivery.
