The Ministry of Agriculture of Castilla-La Mancha has awarded Incarlopsa Ham Great Selection contest in 2013. Here is the full list of winners in different modalities: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Serrano ham, Manchego Lamb, Game Meat, Purple Garlic Pedroñeras Almagro Eggplant and Saffron from La Mancha.
A panel of experts in blind tasting has decided the winners in the different categories. This year, 562 samples have been submitted to the eleven products that recognize these awards, which is 20% more than last year.
